Hi Guys - thanks for the positive notes! certainly an interesting build! actually, they both were -
Randy - yes, the hi lift jack is from Live Resin - they make all kinds of cool stuff!
As for the next steps - I'm not sure where to start posting for a dio build to go with these trucks? - back on Armorama? here? Modelgeek? - who knows....I might just go with Armorama, as they have a dio section - any thoughts?
ok - thanks and cheers!
Nick

I was going to get in on this one earlier but I kept putting it off until now.
Anyway, I've got a 1/32 Lindberg '36 Ford Roadster. I was going to use it for the Race Car group build. Anyway, I might try to squeeze in a post-apoc roadster before the end date. The problem is that the tires and undercarriage have been painted black.
Is that cool or is that too much work done beforehand?

I'm out. Even if I started today, it's probably not going to be enough time to do it right. Maybe next time.

Here's where I was 2 weeks ago-- and not much further still.
...and the Red Ram engine I found in my spares box and finished with Pontiac kit parts. More detail to add before it's done.
I won't finish in time for a ribbon, but I will finish someday (before I get into the next campaign on my list!) and I'll post to the gallery if it's still open then.
I'm looking forward to putting this one among the great builds there. A ways to go yet-- not focused enough with my hobby time.
Cheers!

Very nice work gentlemen! If Charlie doesn't show up by the time I get home from work this evening we will go with #3 of Randy's ribbons, if that is the consensus, and get them awarded.

Well guys,
I reckon I'll get her done today as long as I can fit those damn wheels! Not much left to do just waiting on paint to dry a bit.
