Thanks Jesper and you are correct Calvin, I’m keeping my eyes peeled on evilbay and second hand kit sites for the most part trying to find some of the old kits there are however a few new ones that join them.

Just also got a book ‘Ferrari 70 years’

There a few old kits that will be a challenge to find, Esci Lancia Beta for example.

Nice one Richard, just wish someone would do that Aston Martin in 1/24.

Any way my Italian garage has just had another intake plus some tools.
The black ‘sheet’ in the bag is a sheet of black flock for doing mats and carpet, they do other colours but the red and beige were out of stock, the decals are for a Ferrari 599 GTB Panamerica 20,000.
After Calvin informed me about the wheels being the wrong size on my FIAT 659 I found a set of 17” from Plamoz.

The two primers also act as micro fillers so we’ll see when I get round to using them.

Awesome mail call!

Those 17" from Plamoz are definitely much better and accurate. The alternative would have been a set from Hobby Design.

I did look for the Hobby Design set but my normal go to online automotive store was out of stock. I'll keep this other store you linked to as a back-up store as I'd not seen them before and they have a few kits that are on my wishlist.

Hi, guys!

After I lost track of this shipment with the Christmas frenzy, finally I have received today the last bit of a large order:

It looks at the first glance that Moebius are set to do a very nice job - very good details, molding and apparently engineering, backed up by superb color instructions Unfortunately I have no time for it, because:

this is the first of a long chain of commissioned builds for a Classic Auto Club: too early to speak yet, but let's see how the pilot build will go.

Cool buy's Gabriel.
You certainly have the skills, for comission work and if one is to do comission work, what better than to build a Mopar

Gabriel,
Two oldie but Goldies for sure. I'm already following your 300 build in the Car forum.

I'm quite sure that your commissioned builds will more then meet the buyers expectations.

Hi, Jesper. Thanks for your kind words. I certainly hope so, especially the guy is not asking for too much.

Joel, I am new to the American cars to be honest - I cannot yet make the mental translation from CI to CC. But I know for sure I'm having a crush on the early American autos shapes, from Duesenberg and Cord to Lincolns.

With my curent build speed, I will most likely have build my intire stash by the time I'm 130 years old. So naturaly I buy some more.
Picked up these 2, at a hobby fair, a month back.

Jesper, you have an unfailing flair in buying kits. That Mustang looks amazing - nothing wrong with the Charger either. Too bad you have no time or no drive to build more, given the huge amount of skills in your possession! Maybe one day you will delight us with a build blog on the Mustang!

Treated my self, with some more kits. Odtoy.com, a little online store, which buy's and resales collections, of old toys, die-cast cars and model kits, had a warehouse sale, the day before new years eve. They had just bought two rather large collections of model kits(AMT, Revell, Monogram, MPC, Jo-han) and with the prospect of getting a discount, how could I resist?
Monogram 1965 Impala

Have been looking for this Duesenberg, for a long time. Absolutely one of the most beautiful cars ever made.
Monogram Duesenberg SJ roadster

Box a bit damaged, but the distorted image, just makes it more realistic.
Monogram 1959 Impala

AMT 1965 Lincoln

This, enthusiast model, is really detailed. Looks to be an awesome modelkit.
Fujimi Dino

This will be a doner kit, for a model, of my 1/1 '66 Mustang
Monogram 1966 Shelby Mustang

Got the kits, for an average prize of 20 euro's a piece, so I was quite happy.

Very nice guy's, at Odtoys, can recommend a visit to their web shop. Lot's of cool old kits.

Jesper, I would kill for that Duesenberg! All the other are icons, no question, but the Duesenberg... Oh, My!

Jesper, some sensational kits in that haul mate. As Gabriel said, that Duesenberg is one elegant looking ride!

Trolling around on a local Facebook Buy/Swap/Sell page and this popped up. I never even knew this kit existed! A 1/16th 57 Convertible, how could I possibly resist ???

Damian: You couldn't, nor shouldn't resist

As far, as I know, AMT made 1/16 scale kits of '55 and '57 Chevy hardtop, convertible and nomad. A dual big scale tri-five?

Damian, a Bel Air is a prize in itself. With the generous scale and your skills, the result should be royal!

Cheers!
