Waiting for the "Blue Oval" Group Build - Tribute to Henry group build to start later this year I have an itch to build!
I will be building on stock and the other Grand-Am.
Decals supplied with the stock model are wrong and the Grand-Am are also not true to online photos.
May have to print my own.
Starting with box photos and I will post regularly.

Richard,
I've got my rocking chair ready to go, and a full supply of Popcorn. So let the fun begin.

I use to think louvred rear windows were the coolest thing! Have to say I glad I grew out of that phase but looking forward to your builds. Will one or both of them have the louvres?
cheers

Plating on plastic being the least liked side of modeling I have stripped off the plating:-
And after:-
I also have been cleaning up all the flash on both kits.

Richard,
Nice progress. Cleaning up old molded parts is always necessary but not my favorite part of modeling. Excellent job of stripping off the "Chrome" plating. What did you use for the stripping? I've been using Oven cleaner, and it's really toxic, so I'm looking for another option that works just as well.

Great to see a bit of progress here Richard, once the colour is down on the blocks they go together quite quickly!
