John,
Welcome to our group, you're going to really like it here.

As for your question on paints, it really depends on what type of paint your prefer to air brush. Personally, for painting the shells, I prefer a real lacquer base paint. So my go to paints are from Gravity, Zero, & MCW. These paints are specifically mixed to match real cars. If you want to mix your own colors or get close as possible with standard colors, I prefer Mr. Color and Tamiya.

Hope that at least I've given you a starting point.

Welcome!
I haven't used myself, but I followed applications of chameleon colors from the range. It sprays as any other lacquer or acrylic lacquer.
My preference lays with the traditional lacquers, MM mostly, but I use pretty much random brands and types, depending on the objective.

I have to say I have never heard anyone ask about Green World paints until you just did. To me that says something, but maybe not everything.

Thanks to you all for your response .i thought the airbrushing would be more complex so just waiting for my kits to arrive and ordering some paint and get going

Welcome to the AutoModeler family John. I'm sorry I can't assist with the Green Stuff query, but don't hesitate to ask more questions once you get your kits on the bench.

What is your area of interest in the car world?

Looking forward to following your builds.

Cheers, D

I've used the Chameleon ones on several builds. The ones that have the whiteish medium have better coverage and they're less prone to tip dry. The ones with the tinted medium need A LOT of very thin coats and they're a pain in the backside as far as tip dry is concerned.
They all dry flat and can't really be polished (because there's huge amounts of metallic flake and you'll get differences in color). The manufacturer actually encourages users to use gloss or at least semigloss varnishes on top of these.
The basecoat color plays a huge part in the final result. You can get completely different results using the same paint over different basecoats.
