This offering from MiniArt in 1/35th scale is packaged in the usual style, but I am concerned to see the very fine photo etched fret no longer being protected in a card envelope. With that said I have no other issues and the cab moulding being protected in its own box is an interesting step. A look over the sprues reveals no issue of concern other than the finesse of some parts does risk damage due to being packed together. The plastic has long been complained about and having taken on a few MiniArt kits of late the plastic is no concern to me. The lack of positive mating surfaces in some cases does make the model a bigger challenge than it has to be.

In typical MiniArt style the mechanicals of the vehicle when it comes to trucks have been very well replicated here in miniature and the modeller only really needs to add cables for an incredibly detailed offering. The cab itself is nicely detailed and does not need any help other than watching out for ejector pin marks. The recovery crane is very nicely tackled and I am pleased to see chain link supplied as it is simply the best material for the purpose. The tyre tread looks good and is of course injection moulded plastic rather than vinyl rubber which is an area of concern for some.
